Not much to report today. I felt I needed the rest so I took it easy. A group of the riders took a tour of Metero where all of the monasteries and said that they really enjoyed it. I realize I should be chastised for not going but they are young and I needed the rest. Tomorrow is a tough day.
I took a couple of walks into Kastraki where our hotel is and enjoyed walking. Along the way I noticed some climbers going up one of these steep rock faces. I watched them for a while as they slowly made their assent.
The weather today was very nice even though they had forecast rain none showed up. Tomorrow we have the ride with the most climbing on the tour. I suspect a number of riders will only do a portion of the ride. I may be one of them but I am going to try to do the whole climb.
